Bala came to us from California right in the midst of a huge northwest winter windstorm. We had been without power for a couple of days and our house temerature was hovering in the mid thirties. I got the privilege to fly down to Sonoma - home of Gingerbred Labradors. We spent the day playing with puppies and meeting the rest of the fine Gingerbred Labradors
